House of Kolor C2C-KBC05.Q01 Cobalt Blue is a Coast-to-Coast compliant Kandy Basecoat, meeting all low VOC regulations for use in every US state, including California. It’s a specially developed basecoat that mimics the Kandy finish, offering fast coverage, high pigmentation, and low solids. It can be simply cleared for a final finish or used as a base with other Kandys or Pearls, and may be topcoated with acrylic lacquer or urethane enamel (once a system is chosen, don’t mix systems). Mixed at a 2:1 ratio with RU310, RU311, or RU312 reducer.
