This is the Cobalt Blue colorway in the same Kosmic Kolor Urethane Enamel Kandies line — offering the cleanest and richest colors in the industry, in a deep translucent blue shade. Being transparent enables limitless color possibilities, magnifying any base coat or flake it’s placed over. Kosmic Kolor Kandy provides fantastic gloss and depth, is crack resistant, and can be applied over any Shimrin Universal Base Coat, Kustom Base, or Kustom Pearl — use only Kosmic Reducers, and don’t mix with other brands, since many have proven incompatible. It requires KU100 catalyst and Kosmic Reducer, mixed at a 2:1:1 ratio.
