Urethane Flat Klear (FC21) is a Low VOC, flat-finish clearcoat that can be used over all solvent-based basecoats. This clear sprays easily and dries quickly — just mix with the KUF21 catalyst at a 6:1 ratio (clear to catalyst) and it’s ready to spray, with no reducer required. It’s coast-to-coast VOC compliant for use in all states. FC21 is designed to produce a 5–15° gloss level. Apply 2–3 coats, allowing a minimum of 15 minutes flash between coats, and 60 minutes before sanding and buffing.
