It can be applied over existing finishes or topcoated with clear for a smooth, durable finish, and may be topcoated with acrylic lacquer, urethane enamel, acrylic enamel, or alkyd enamel. It can be sprayed over a variety of Shimrin bases, including neons, graphic kolors, Kandy basecoats, designer pearls, and numerous flakes, and can be catalyzed when a topcoat clear isn’t required

The “C2C” designation means it’s Coast-2-Coast compliant, meeting all low VOC regulatory limits, in a solvent-based system, for use in all states including California. Due to its unique chemical make-up, it may be topcoated with either an acrylic lacquer or urethane enamel; once a system is chosen, use only products within that system. Mix ratio is 2:1 with RU310, RU311, or RU312 reducer.
