This is a medium-speed reducer used for spray booth temperatures of 75 to 85°F, for use in all cosmic color basecoats, Kandys, Klears, Shimrin basecoats, and cosmic reducers. It’s low VOC and approved for use in all US states. It’s recommended for use with House of Kolor’s Kosmic Kolor Base Coats, Shimrin Base Coats, Kandys, and Klears, with a staged release for proper flow-out, leveling, and gloss retention
