This VOC Exempt Reducer can be used to reduce all Kosmic System products — Kandys, Klears, and all Shimrin basecoats. It will not increase or decrease the VOC content of any product it’s added to. It’s designed for use in temperatures ranging from 70 to 80°F. VOC Exempt Reducers are not reactive; they won’t react with any coating, and are fast-to-medium-dry reducers that can be blended with other reducers to achieve different dry times.
