Being transparent enables limitless color possibilities, magnifying any base coat or flake it’s placed over. Kosmic Kolor Kandy is fade-resistant and durable, and may be applied over any House of Kolor Shimrin Universal Base Coats — use only Kosmic Reducers, and don’t mix with other brands, since many have proven incompatible. It requires KU100 catalyst and Kosmic Reducer, mixed at a 2:1:1 ratio.
