C2C-SG100 Intercoat is designed to be applied over a given base color, prior to taped or airbrush artwork, allowing for easy removal of mis-tapes or airbrush errors without damage to the base color. It’s also applied over artwork to preserve blending and fogging of various colors before applying Kandy or clear topcoats, serving as a safety layer that lets you pause and continue your project later. It’s not a buildup clear or a topcoat clear — coats are limited to 4, though more are acceptable if used as a carrier for basecoat Kandies, pearls, or flakes. It’s also used to reduce the strength of basecoats for blending colors or checking touch-ups before topcoat clears are applied, and is considered a must over Marblizer before Kandy or clear to guarantee adhesion. Mixing ratio is 2:1; reducer not included. It comes in a 1 quart can.
